Carla de Cervantes, the founder of Personal Passages, is an Executive Coach and Life Strategist. Her work supports women to step up into new levels of leadership, create better life balance, and navigate career transition. Her clients are leaders at companies such as Intel, Disney Studios, The Boston Consulting Group. She has coached individuals from senior manager to C-level throughout the United States and in Latin America and Asia, and she runs Career & Life Vision coaching groups for current GSB students.
Carla has always been passionate about understanding how people think, communicate, view what is possible, make decisions, create their reality, and respond to what occurs in their lives. As a consultant and coach, she supports corporate executives and business leaders to optimize business results and creating an inspiring and supportive corporate culture. She empowers individuals and teams to achieve optimal results through increased self-awareness and self-mastery. And she champions people’s quest to live their lives in a fully engaged way.
She brings to her coaching and corporate consulting work over 10 years of marketing, product management, relationship management, financial analysis and strategic planning experience for companies such as The Boston Consulting Group, The Clorox Company, UC Berkeley, and PeoplePC.
Carla earned her BA from Amherst College, her M.Ed. from UCLA, and her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also has a life coaching certification from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, and has studied a wide variety of psychotherapeutic modalities.
