Carla María de Cervantes, the Founder of Personal Passages, is an expert in authentic leadership and what she calls Aligned Action. She specializes in mentoring senior executives to lead their organizations and live their lives in consistent alignment with themselves and their deepest values via executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development programs. She brings strong analytical acumen and incredible depth of heart to support her clients to enhance their impact and influence as leaders, and serves as a thought partner in helping business leaders better navigate complex business and interpersonal situations. As a result of their work with Carla, her clients cultivate greater self-awareness and clarity, and strengthen their communication and their leadership skills.

Her clients are director to C-level throughout the United States and in Europe and Latin America. She has worked with a number of small business owners and entrepreneurs as well as speaking in, teaching, and/or working privately, with audiences and leaders from both large and small organizations. She is often brought in by the Stanford Graduate School of Business to coach both current MBA students and GSB alumni, and she teaches a course in Authentic Leadership through Stanford University.

Carla brings to her coaching and corporate consulting work over 10 years of marketing, product management, relationship management, and business analysis experience for companies such as The Boston Consulting Group, The Clorox Company, UC Berkeley, and PeoplePC. Carla received an MBA from Stanford GSB, an M.Ed from UCLA, a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Amherst College and a coaching certification from Sofia University.

A California native, Carla resides in Newport Beach, CA, where she is often found trail running, gardening or dancing OpenFloor and Soul Motion. She loves kitesurfing where the water is warm, and has yet to find a language she isn’t eager to learn to speak.
